Background

We formed Southeastern Private Lending to provide Value and form Partnerships with our Clients for decades to come. We understand the long term value of solving problems with Integrity and Respect. We believe there is a Solution to every problem when you ask the right questions and Listen with Intent.

Our Principal, Jeff Wills, has an extensive History of Success and Experience in the Real Estate Industry. Starting off Selling Homes for End Users, he quickly expanded his track record by joining a local Tampa Developer with an Honorable Track Record to realize one of his Dreams, to take an Asset from Concept to Completion. The rest they say, is History.

To Date, the following Accolades have been accomplished:

• Over $110M in Transaction Volume

• Project Managed over $200 Million in Assets primarily in the Build to Rent space in various stages of Entitlement to Stabalization to Sale.

• Worked with High Net Worth Individuals, all the way up to Public Private Equity Firms as Partners on Projects, giving a wide understanding of how Investors tolerate Risk and Solve Problems

• Extensive Mult-Family Construction Experience across 4 projects and 353 Units.

• Deal Structure as GP, Co-GP, and JV.
