Respect
We were raised to treat the Janitor with the same level of Respect as the CEO. We are all people chasing our dreams, the details that differentiate us is what makes us Great. We hold ourselves to the highest standard possible and the results speak for themselves.
Accountability
How you respond to an Issue is everything. We all encounter challenges in our lives, and we always face them head on. We are solutions oriented, staying proactive in our operation to uncover and resolve issues before they can grow into the Barn Burners most Lenders have Nightmares over. We have seen nearly everything, and understand anything can happen. Clear communication and taking ownership of a problem is how we stay ahead and well-loved by our Partners.
Communication
We pick up the phone, plane and simple. If we do not answer immediately, we follow up as quickly as possible, generally within the hour. We understand the importance of every deal to our Clients and Investors, and we relish ensuring they are listened to, and responded to in a timely manner. Our Reporting tools and Process updates ensure all parties are unified in the timing and successful closing of each Approved Deal.
